We booked the 7 Lakes Tour and Omar (the salesman in the store) was very honest, helpful and gave us the best price for the tour out of the 6 agent stores we visited. We required an English Speaking guide as our spanish is not great, and he arranged this for us too for a much less excess cost than other agents. Our guide was Martin and his English and Spanish were both Impeccable. The tour ran on time to the minute and as a guide he was full of information, helped with pictures and made sure everyone was enjoying the tour. Highly recommend this company as both their guides and agents from our experience were perfect.

The excursion to Cerro Tronador was, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful and meaningful experiences I had in Patagonia. Not only because of the breathtaking landscapes, but also because of the incredible human energy that was created throughout the entire trip. Jessica, our guide, made all the difference. From the very first moment, she conveyed a genuine passion for nature and the history of the area. Her way of explaining the biodiversity, the Mapuche culture, and the spiritual connection with the environment made the excursion feel much deeper than a simple tourist outing. There were truly special moments, like the short meditation by the river or when she had us observe the treetops to show us how they grow respecting each other's space. I also want to highlight Lucas, the driver, who made the journey incredibly enjoyable and safe on roads that aren't always easy. He also joined in the group's jokes, which added even more warmth to the trip. And something truly wonderful was the group that formed during the day: there was laughter, conversation, and a constant sense of shared awe at the immensity of the landscape. Mount Tronador has incredible power, but I think this excursion became unforgettable thanks to the people who made it possible. I took away so much more than beautiful photos; I took away learning, connection, and a very warm memory of the day.
