The price is on each tour page and it is per person. Half-day tours cost less than full-day ones, and the ones that include a boat trip are the most expensive because the ticket is part of the price. Children and seniors have their own rate. The amount can change with the date, so the one that applies appears when you pick a day on the calendar.
You can book directly from our website by selecting the excursion, choosing the date and number of people, and completing the payment process. You can also contact us via WhatsApp.
We accept Mercado Pago (credit card, debit card or account balance), bank transfer, international card in US dollars and Pix in Brazilian reais. Instalments depend on your bank and are shown at checkout.
Yes, we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the excursion. For rescheduling, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In case of bad weather, we reschedule at no additional cost.
Most tours leave from central Bariloche and include transport, with pick-up points at downtown hotels. The Isla Victoria and Puerto Blest boat trips depart from Puerto Panuelo, and transport there is optional and booked separately. If in doubt, ask us before booking.
Yes, all our excursions include a guide who explains the history, flora and fauna of the region. We have guides who speak Spanish, English and Portuguese. If you need a guide in another language, let us know when you book so we can arrange it.
If you only have one day, the Circuito Chico is the most popular choice: in half a day you see the classic spots near the city, such as Llao Llao, Bahía López and the Panoramic Point. If you prefer a full day of nature, Cerro Tronador and the Black Glacier (Ventisquero Negro) is the most impressive. For lakes and forests, choose the Seven Lakes Route.
In winter we offer trips to Cerro Catedral and Cerro Perito Moreno, plus the Ski Fun Day to enjoy the snow. Classics such as the Circuito Chico and Cerro Tronador also run, with snowy landscapes.
On excursions that enter the National Park, such as Cerro Tronador or Puerto Blest, the park entrance fee is not included and is paid at the access point. We tell you the current price when you book so you are prepared.
It depends on the excursion. Some include lunch and others offer free time so you can choose where to eat. Check the details of each excursion in the 'Includes' section.
We recommend booking in advance, especially during the high season in summer and winter, because spots sell out. You can book online 24/7 or via WhatsApp. If there is space available, we also take same-day bookings.
We recommend comfortable and warm clothing (the weather can change quickly), appropriate footwear, sunscreen, hat, camera, and cash for personal expenses. Each excursion has specific recommendations.
Bariloche has changeable weather. Excursions take place in light rain, but in case of adverse weather conditions that compromise safety, we reschedule at no additional cost.
Yes, most of our land and lake excursions are suitable for the whole family. Adventure excursions may have age restrictions. Check the specific requirements of each tour.
Many of our excursions are relaxed and suitable for seniors, since much of the route is by vehicle with stops at viewpoints. If you have any specific mobility needs, tell us before booking and we will advise you on the best option.
Most are group excursions in comfortable vans or buses shared with other travelers. We also organize private excursions for families, couples or groups who prefer a more tailored experience. Ask us for a quote and availability.
Yes, all our tours include traveller insurance covering accidents during the activity.
The Cerro Tronador and Ventisquero Negro excursion is a full-day trip: it leaves early in the morning and returns in the afternoon. It includes stops at viewpoints over the Manso River, a visit to the Black Glacier and time for lunch at Pampa Linda.
The Victoria Island and Arrayanes Forest excursion is done by catamaran from Puerto Pañuelo, on the Llao Llao peninsula. We arrange the transfer and the boat trip. The tour includes the walk around the island and the visit to the Arrayanes Forest on the Quetrihué peninsula.
Our office is at Libertad 290, Local 10, in downtown San Carlos de Bariloche. You can also arrange everything online or via WhatsApp without visiting the office.
