How to Book

Booking your excursion is easy and fast. Follow these simple steps.

1. Choose your excursion

Explore our excursion catalog and find the one you like. You can filter by category, date, and number of people.

2. Select date and passengers

Pick the date and the number of passengers. Availability is checked at that moment, so what you see is the real capacity for that departure.

3. Make the payment

Pay with Mercado Pago (credit card, debit card or account balance), bank transfer, international card in US dollars or Pix in Brazilian reais.

4. Receive your confirmation

We will send you an email with all the details of your reservation: meeting point, schedule, and recommendations.

Before you book

Where we pick you up

Most tours leave from downtown Bariloche and include the transfer, with pick-up points at hotels downtown and along Avenida Bustillo. You choose yours when booking and the time reaches you in the voucher. The Isla Victoria and Puerto Blest sailings board at Puerto Pañuelo, where the transfer to the port is booked separately.

Departure and return times

Half-day tours start between 08:30 and 09:30 and drop you back around midday. Full-day tours leave between 07:30 and 09:00 and return between 17:00 and 18:30, depending on the route. Each tour shows its own time on its page, because they do not all match.

Until when you can cancel

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before departure. After that there is a 50% charge, and there is no refund if you do not show up on the day. To reschedule, let us know 24 hours ahead. If the weather forces us to call off a departure for safety, we reschedule at no cost.

How far ahead to book

Spots sell out in summer and in winter, so it is worth booking before you travel. That said, if there is room we take same-day bookings: the availability you see in the calendar is the real one for that departure.
