Description
El Bolson lies 129 km south of Bariloche along National Route 40. The road, fully paved, runs beside the Gutierrez, Mascardi and Guillelmo lakes and crosses the Villegas, Foyel and Quemquentreu rivers before reaching the town.
In El Bolson you can visit the well-known Craft Fair, with a wide range of local products, and the farms that grow fine fruits and make preserves. The area is known for its cheeses and craft beer. Sixteen kilometres away are Lake Puelo and its National Park, with waters in turquoise tones.
