Terms and Conditions

1. Prices and bookings

Published products include all the services specifically listed in each product. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice until the customer pays for the contracted services in full.

Any amount paid before final confirmation is received as a deposit. Final confirmation of the services and prices takes place when the voucher is issued and the corresponding invoice is produced.

Published prices do not include National Park entrance fees, taxes, or extras not specified in the service (lunches, drinks and the like).

2. Changes and cancellations

By the company: Turacción EVT may cancel services on justified grounds due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. In that case, the full amount received up to that point is refunded, less administrative costs (10%).

By the customer: all changes and cancellations must be notified in writing, by email to [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

Date change: free of charge, as long as there is availability on the new date, within the validity of the rate and at least 48 hours before the service.

• Cancellation more than 18 hours before the service: a 10% administrative charge applies. The refund is issued through the same payment method.
• Cancellation within 18 hours of the service: no refund.
• There is no refund for unused services (transfers, activities, excursions or others), except upon presentation of a medical certificate signed by a registered health professional.

3. Liability

It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to hold valid documentation for the trip. Failure to do so results in the loss of any right to a refund.

Turacción EVT acts solely as an intermediary in booking the services included in each tour (hotels, restaurants, transport or other providers). It therefore declines all liability for deficiencies in the services provided, as well as for any accident, damage, delay or irregularity that may occur during their execution.

Turacción EVT is not liable for delays, schedule changes or cancellations by transport companies. If it has to suspend an excursion on justified grounds, passengers are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, expressly waiving any other claim.

The company is not responsible for the customer's luggage or personal belongings, which travel at their own risk, nor for events of unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure or weather. Once the trip has started, interruption or modification of the services for the passenger's personal reasons does not give rise to any claim or refund.

4. Customer acceptance

The customer declares that they know and accept these general terms. Acceptance is confirmed by any of the following acts: payment for the contracted services, acceptance of the invoice, or use of any portion of the contracted services.

5. Jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise, the parties submit to the ordinary courts of San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro, Argentina.
